Who is Henry B?

  The namesake of the restaurant is Henry Bonafiglia, the Grandfather of founder Bruce H. Bonafiglia.  “My Grandfather Henry was a tremendously fun and warm individual, he loved good food and good times and very often it was too much of both.”

  Bonafiglia and his wife Lisa brought many of the recipes from the menu back from Italy, where they were married in his family’s hometown of Fondi, Italy.

  “The thing that makes Henry B's unique to central New York, is the shared serving style which gives the diner an opportunity to sample many different dishes.  While there are plenty of good restaurants in the area there is nothing like Henry B’s.”
